- 1 block of firm tofu

3. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and stir well to combine with the vegetables.

4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the tofu mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the spices.

5. Cook the tofu scramble for about 5-7 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.

6. Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and stir until wilted.
